Thirona B.V. TDM Privacy Notice
This privacy notice tells you what to expect Thirona B.V. to do with your personal information.
We collect or use the following information to provide services and for the operation of customer accounts:
- Email Addresses;
- IP Address;
- User Activity logs in TDM
Our lawful bases for processing email and IP addresses is to provide services and the existing contractual relationship between Thirona B.V. and the customer. The processing of this data is necessary for the performance of the contract.
The lawful basis for processing user activity logs is to comply with our legal obligation under the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act, 1996
We collect this information from the customer directly.
We store this information for six (6) years after your project completion with Thirona B.V.
Under the General Data Protection Regulation, 2016 you have the following rights (where applicable):
Right of access - You have the right to ask us for copies of your personal data.
Right to rectification - You have the right to ask us to rectify personal data you think is inaccurate. You also have the right to ask us to complete information you think is incomplete.

Right to restriction of processing - You have the right to ask us to restrict the processing of your personal data in certain circumstances.
Your right to object to processing - You have the right to object to the processing of your personal data in certain circumstances.
Your right to data portability - You have the right to ask that we transfer the personal data you gave us to another organisation, or to you, in certain circumstances.
You don't need to pay a fee to exercise your rights. If you make a request, we have one calendar month to respond to you.
